WALL Authorities have released the name of the person killed in a single-vehicle crash May 6 in Wall.
Preliminary crash information indicates Wall resident Yvonne Marie Bull Bear, 58, the driver of a 1999 Toyota Camry, was in a downtown Wall parking lot near Main Street and Fifth Avenue when the vehicle reversed into a wood fence, then accelerated north over Fifth Avenue and collided head-on with a light pole.
Bull Bear was not wearing a seat belt and died from her injuries.
TheSouth Dakota Highway Patrol is investigating the crash.All information released so far is only preliminary.
