Karen Elizabeth Sosa

Karen Elizabeth Black was born July 28, 1955, in Schnectady, NY to Robert James Black and Ardelle Virginia (Folsland) Black. Karen passed away on January 28, 2025.
Survivors include her husband Ken Sosa, siblings: Robert Black, Lauren (Louis) Hesler, and Deborah (Bradley) Huss; nieces and nephews, Carlton Hesler, Trent Hesler, Kirby Hesler, Nolan Hesler and Carolyn Huss; and cousins Terrill Folsland, Bradley Folsland, Steven Folsland and David Folsland.
Memorial services will be held at 11 a.m. on Saturday, May 24, at Trinity Lutheran Church, rural Oldham, SD. Eidsness Funeral Home of Brookings is handling the arrangements.
