JoAnn L. Horner, age 78, of Toronto, South Dakota, passed away peacefully at her home on May 5, 2025.
A memorial service celebrating JoAnns life will be held at 2 p.m. on Wednesday, May 14 at Leganger Lutheran Church in Toronto, SD.
Visitation will take place one hour prior to the service at the church. Burial will be at Leganger Lutheran Cemetery in Toronto, SD. Houseman Funeral Home in Clear Lake, SD is entrusted with the arrangements.
