Hope beyond bars. Bound by bars, freed by Gods grace. St. Dysmas Lutheran Church extends Gods message of love and grace through worship, proclamation and community.
The organization lives the message that no one is forgotten or beyond Gods forgiveness. Guided by the Holy Spirit, St. Dysma representatives walk with individuals both during and after incarceration, offering hope, mentorship and fellowship in the name of Jesus Christ.
St. Dysmas welcomes everyone into Gods family, proclaiming his mercy and grace, and supporting those behind bars with compassion, hope, and the promise of salvation through faith in Jesus Christ. Fostering hope, dignity, and resilience; the organization accompanies justice-impacted people to new life. It assists people on connecting with the tools and resources they need to reintegrate into the community.
