- Corey Ray Johnson, 47, Sioux Falls, child abuse, fined $600 and sentenced to six years in the state penitentiary and 45 days in Brookings County Detention Center; second-offense DUI, fined $1,100.50 and sentenced to 90 days in BCDC, all penitentiary time and 80 days of jail time suspended upon conditions imposed by the court.
CLASS V FELONY
- Jessica Wheeler, 45, Aurora, Colorado, unauthorized ingestion of controlled substance in schedules I or II, fined $500 and sentenced to four years in the state penitentiary and 15 days in BCDC; DUI, fined $708 and sentenced to 30 days in BCDC, all penitentiary time and 30 days of jail times suspended upon conditions imposed by the court, suspended execution of sentence.

- Benjamin D. Lorenzen, 34, Herman, Minnesota, identity theft, fined $1,000.17 with $349.01 restitution and sentenced to 90 days in BCDC, 64 days of jail time suspended upon conditions imposed by the court.
- Andrew K. Polly, 28, Browns Valley, Minnesota, sex offender loitering within community safety zone, fined $500 and sentenced to 90 days in BCDC, 85 days of jail time suspended upon conditions imposed by the court.
- James Douglas Foshee, 45, of 510 Eighth St. S. No 36, domestic abuse simple assault attempt to put another in fear of bodily harm third or subsequent offense, fined $300 and sentenced to two years in the state penitentiary.
