WESSINGTON A 22-year-old Highmore woman who died April 2 in a single-vehicle crash on U.S. Highway 14, one mile west of Wessington, has been identified by authorities.
Preliminary crash information indicates Kila Louann Good, the driver of a 2005 Ford Excursion, was traveling eastbound on U.S. 14 near mile marker 314 when the vehicle left the roadway and entered the north ditch where it rolled. Good died at the scene.
Road conditions may have been a contributing factor in the crash.
The South Dakota Highway Patrol is investigating the crash. All information released so far is only preliminary.
