I sent the following message to all six of my representatives on Feb. 6, 2025, and received no comments:
Wake up! We are the frog in the boiling water. Trump said that he would only be a dictator for one day and MAGA believed it was a joke. He said he knew nothing about Project 2025 and MAGA believed him. He gave Musk full reign of the government to make things more efficient and MAGA believed him. He has openly and joyfully placed unqualified sycophants in every position possible and called for the removal of every federal employee who might not support him. He is systematically destroying anything he cant make money off of and MAGA lets him.
When challenged, MAGA says He promised change, lets see how it plays out. Non-MAGA Congress, when pressed, says there are checks and balances if things dont work out; but there arent because he simply ignores the laws and has made sure the courts will let him. He is a dictator and you cant stop him.
We, including all of you, are the frog in the boiling water. Wake up!
