Little Leprechauns
The Little Leprechaun 4-H club met March 9 at the Brookings County Outdoor Adventure Center with 13 members and two guests present.
The meeting was called to order by Kale.
The flag salute and 4-H pledge were led by Terra.
The roll call was What is your favorite book?
The secretary report was give my Brenna.
Thank-you notes were received by the Sioux Falls VA and by the 4-H Helping Hands for the clubs donations to their hurricane relief fund.
A report was given on the successful ice skating party hosted by the Northview Lads and Lassies.
Discussion was held on 4H summer camps and on 4-H Achievement Days.
The talk this month was What is your favorite time of year and why?
The club made St. Patrick’s Day cards for a nursing home and then played a rousing game of trivia. The next club meeting will be April 6. We will be doing a baking project at that meeting.
