Colman-Egan 7-12 Band performed well at the solo and ensemble contest on Feb. 3 on the Augustana University campus.
The group earned nine superior ratings and four excellent ratings with two perfect scores. Hayden Pearson received a perfect score on his saxophone solo and he, along with Sadie McCorkle, earned a perfect score on their saxophone duet.
