CLASS I MISDEMEANORS

• McKade Harvey Rentsch, 21, Bruce, maintain place to violate beverage laws, fined $396.50 and sentence to 30 days in Brookings County Detention Center, all jail time suspended upon conditions imposed by the court.
• Shawn Michael Maxwell, 47, Sioux Falls, DUI, fined $747, suspended imposition of sentence.
• Alaina J. Roberts, 43, Sioux Falls, DUI. Fined $847 and sentenced to 90 days in BCDC, 85 days of jail time suspended upon conditions imposed by the court.
• Melvin Schlemmer, 52, of 701 W. 13th St. No. 34, failure to stop after accident causing property damage, fined $396.60 with $1,000 restitution and sentenced to 30 days in BCDC; failure to maintain financial responsibility, fined $132.50 and sentenced to 10 days in BCDC, 38 days of jail time suspended upon conditions imposed by the court.
