BROOKINGS The Brookings Area Chamber of Commerce said the City Charter Forum, originally scheduled to follow the District 7 Legislative Coffee on Feb. 1 has been postponed.
The forum will now take place on Feb. 22 at 10 a.m. following the District 7 & 8 Legislative Coffee. The forums will both at the City-County Government Center, 530 Third St., in the third-floor Chambers.
The District 7 Legislative Coffee will proceed as scheduled on Feb. 1, at 9 a.m. at the City-County Government Center. This event provides an opportunity for area residents to engage with District 7 legislators and learn more about their positions on current legislative issues.
