- Ty Hertz, 20, of 209 Meadows South, SDSU, having an altered or invalid license in possession, fined $296.50 and sentenced to 10 days in BCDC; fleeing from officer on foot, fined $132.50, all jail time suspended upon conditions imposed by the court.
- Tyler Christopher Vogt, 22, Waterloo, Iowa, domestic abuse simple assault attempt to put another in fear of bodily harm, fined $521.50 and sentenced to 30 days in BCDC, 16 days of jail time suspended upon conditions imposed by the court.
