It is possible that a quorum of City Council members and city volunteer board members may be present for the mayors holiday celebration and awards event on Dec. 4 from 5 to 8:30 p.m. the Dacotah Bank Center. Though a majority of City Council and city volunteer boards may be present, no official city business will be acted upon.
