- Michael Dorian Quezada, 37, of 510 Eighth St. S. No. 8, third-offense DUI, fined $1,050.50 and sentenced to two years in the state penitentiary and 45 days in BCDC, all penitentiary time suspended upon conditions imposed by the court.
CLASS I MISDEMEANORS
- Andrew John Romero, 30, of 315 Main Ave. S. No. 5, second-offense DUI, fined $947 and sentenced to 90 days in BCDC, 80 days of jail time suspended upon conditions imposed by the court.
- Daniel L. Hawk, 37, of 918 Second Ave., interference with emergency communications, fined $592 and sentenced to 60 days in BCDC; unauthorized use of vehicle or vessel, fined $500 and sentenced to 30 days in BCDC, 79 days jail time suspended upon conditions imposed by the court.
