BROOKINGS The Mission of the Month for November at Mission Coffeehouse at First Lutheran Church is Project Joy.
Project Joy is a charitable, non-profit organization, dedicated to providing children and families living in Brookings County, who are in need, an opportunity to receive holiday gifts through the generous donations of individuals, businesses, and organizations.
During the holiday season, Project Joy provides gifts to hundreds of children in Brookings County. Parents have the opportunity to shop for their children at a holiday store, stocked with toys, gift cards and clothing generously donated by local businesses, churches, schools, individuals and community organizations.
