CLASS IV FELONY

• Nicholas R. Kleven, 46, of 403 Main Ave., grand theft more than $5,000 and less than $100,000, fined $800 with $24,966.42 restitution and sentenced to four years in the state penitentiary and 75 days in BCDC, all penitentiary time suspended upon conditions imposed by the court, suspended execution of sentence.
• Zakary R. Olafson, 23 Mendota Heights, Minnesota, DUI, fined $747 with $720.41 restitution, suspended imposition of sentence.

CLASS I MISDEMEANORS

• Brandon Lee Barthel, 34, Lakefield, Minnesota, violation of protection order, fined $484 and sentenced to 30 days in BCDC, all jail time suspended upon conditions imposed by the court.
• Mario J. Madrid Lopez, 21, Willmar, Minnesota, DUI, fined $747 and sentenced to 30 days in BCDC, all jail time suspended upon conditions imposed by the court.
• Joseph E. Ward, 77, of My Place Hotel, violation of protection order, fined $496.50 and sentenced to 30 days in BCDC, all jail time suspended upon conditions imposed by the court.
• Aaron A. Zelaya, 29, South Houston, Texas, DUI, fined $747 and sentenced to 30 days in BCDC, all jail time suspended upon conditions imposed by the court.
• Bradley Michael Myers, 29, of 521 12th St. S. No. 5, threaten law enforcement or family, fined $396.50 and sentenced to 90 days in BCDC, all jail time suspended upon conditions imposed by the court.
