- Chol Ajak John, 24, Sioux Falls, disorderly conduct, fined $225.50 and sentenced to 20 days in BCDC, all jail time suspended upon conditions imposed by the court.
- Jose Zapeta, 23, Elkton, intentional damage to property $400 or less, fined 198.50 with $419.13 restitution and sentenced to 10 days in BCDC, all jail time suspended upon conditions imposed by the court.
- Chase Anthony Heer, 21, Clark, seat belt violation, fined $25.
- Masen Roy Holen, 17, of 411 Powder Horn Pass, under 21 driver, fined $453 and sentenced to five days in BCDC, all jail time suspended upon conditions imposed by the court.
- Gabriel K. Dzisa, 26, of 207 20th St. S. No. 8, failure to renew registration during assigned month, fined $132.50.
