Jackie Diedrich

Jackie Lynn Shanks Diedrich, 66, passed away Tuesday, Sept. 3, 2024, at United Living Center, in Brookings, SD.
Her legacy of love and slightly odd humor live on through her family.
Children: Joshua and Andrea Diedrich of Bruce, Brandi Diedrich-Roling and Paul Roling of Sioux Falls, Christopher and Lisa Diedrich of Elkton, and Mikkail Diedrich and Laura Castillo of Magnolia, Texas. Grandchildren: Casey, Danika, Seth, Ava, Hadley, Adriana, Gavin, Vanessa, and Natalia.
Jackie is survived by her siblings Linda Tate, Vickie Butler, Denise Shephard (Terry Howarter), Roger (Tanya) Shanks as well as her stepmother, Patricia Shanks. She joins her parents, Jack Shanks and Norma Perrigo, stepfather George Perrigo, husband Gregg Brittingham, and brothers-in-law Michael Tate, Kenneth Butler, and Ray Shephard in eternal rest.
Jackies family encourages those wanting to honor her life to donate to the Sioux Falls Human Society and the Childrens Home Society of South Dakota.
A visitation is scheduled for Saturday, Sept. 7from noon to 2 p.m. at St. Thomas More Catholic Church in Brookings, SD.
