- Richard R. Escarsega, 23, of 701 13th St. W. No. 56, domestic abuse simple assault intentionally cause bodily injury, fined $521.50 and sentenced to 90 days in BCDC, all jail time suspended upon conditions imposed by the court.
- Ervin Lee Lovelace, 33, Sioux Falls, threaten law enforcement officer or family, fined $396.50 and sentenced to 60 days in BCDC; obstruct police, jailer or firefighter, fined $597.70 and sentenced to 60 days in BCDC, 86 days of jail time suspended upon conditions imposed by the court.
