• Ty S. Namanny, 23, Mitchell, second-offense DUI, fined $947 and sentenced to 90 days in BCDC, 80 days of jail time suspended upon conditions imposed by the court.
• James L. Morris, 50, Rockford, Illinois, driving with revoked license, fined $396.50 and sentenced to 30 days in BCDC, all jail time suspended upon conditions imposed by the court.
