- Emily M. Whitesell, 32, Box Elder, first-degree petty theft more than $400, fined $262.50 with $570 restitution and sentenced to 15 days in Brookings County Detention Center, nine days of jail time suspended upon conditions imposed by the court.
- Jacob David Baltzell, 22, of 1008 Third Ave., domestic abuse simple assault intentionally cause bodily injury, fined $521.50 and sentenced to 360 days in BCDC, 188 days of jail time suspended upon conditions imposed by the court.
- Dillon Leroy Roozen, 32, Bruce, second-offense DUI, fined $947 and sentenced to 90 days in BCDC, 80 days of jail time suspended upon conditions imposed by the court.
CLASS II MISDEMEANORS
- Nathan Scott Skorr, 28, Sioux Falls, illegal lane change, fined $333.
- Solomon S. Hagan, 19, Aurora, illegal lane change, fined $132.50; failure to maintain financial responsibility, fined $333 and sentenced to 10 days in BCDC, all jail time suspended upon conditions imposed by the court.
