The P.E.O. Star Scholarship recognizes the accomplishments of young women graduating from high school who plan to pursue post-secondary education.
In presenting the $2,500 scholarship, the members of Chapter CA in Brookings are pleased to recognize our honoree who demonstrates excellence in leadership, extracurricular activities, community service, academics and potential for success.
The P.E.O. STAR Scholarship was presented to Emily Hua.
