It is an honor to once again support Roger DeGroot as a candidate for reelection to the South Dakota House of Representatives. In his first term he showed to be a champion for the people and deserving of the opportunity to continue serving District 7.
During his time in the Legislature, Roger relied on his experience as an educator, administrator and school board member in keeping an open as well as informed communication line with is constituents. This experience proved invaluable as he served on the important committee on education and the committee on taxation. When Roger ended his career as a school administrator, he left his district on sound financial footing. As a member of these two committees we can count on him to be a strong voice in maintaining a fiscally responsible state government.
South Dakota has a wide range of resources. We hold our young people, the productivity of agriculture and the strong work ethic of the people of this state as valuable resources. Roger DeGroot is a trusted steward of those resources. I engourage you to put Roger back to work in the South Dakota House of Representatives.
