Compliments to Gov. Kristi Noem for exterminating the robust dog. Her action of sticking her neck out is something that the people of South Dakota have taken for years as the least expense. Having been a citizen of West River, I understand her action.
Also, be aware that there is a rejuvenated effort to build a recreation center for the good of the area citizens to include a swimming pool and aquatics area along with many other amenities that would be used, along with lacrosse.
