MITCHELL The Brookings Bobcats tied for ninth place at the Mitchell Invitational Event at the Lakeview Golf Course on Friday morning.
The Bobcats had a team score of 387 strokes and tied with Brandon Valley.
Mitchell finished first with a score of 323 strokes followed by Aberdeen Central with 336 strokes and Watertown with 340 strokes. Rapid City Stevens finished fourth with 351 strokes and OGorman finished fifth with 366 strokes.
Delilah Fuls finished tied for 17th at the event with a score of 89. She tied with Harrisburgs Brinly Sanderson, Lilly Heisinger of Sturgis, Sioux Falls Washingtons Megan Christoffels and Rapid City Stevenss Holland Post.
Miyah Foerster also tied for 40th with Sioux Falls Roosevelts Sadie Hunter with a score of 96.
Josie Bertrand tied for 49th place with Yanktons Madison Ryken, Sioux Falls Lincolns Lillian Kiesow and Sioux Falls Jeffersons Afton Reis with a score of 100.
Kamryn Streich tied with Shyde Keffeler of Sturgis, Olivia Schaefer of Linsoln and Bridget Pederson of Lincoln for 56th place with a score of 102.
Mitchells Quinn Dannenbring won the tournament over her teammate Maddie Childs on the first playoff hole after both shot a 78.
Mitchells Allison Meyerink shot a 79 for third place while Aberdeen Centrals Olivia Braun finished fourth with a score of 80 and Kyley Wirebaugh of Aberdeen Central and Watertowns Avery Palmquist finished tied for sixth with a score of 81.
Brookings will travel to the Bakker Crossing Golf Course for the Sioux Falls Washington Invitational on Monday morning.
