• Alexis Yadiel Hernandez Tirado, 22, of 603 Heritage Drive, aggravated eluding, fined $600 and sentenced to two years in the state penitentiary and 30 days in Brookings County Detention Center, suspended execution of sentence.

• William Emanual Pardue, 19, of 144 Third Ave. S., violation of no-contact provision of bond, fined $496.50 and sentenced to 90 days in BCDC; violation of conditional bond, fined $500 and sentenced to 90 days in BCDC, 160 days of jail time suspended upon conditions imposed by the court.
• Dalton David Jo Standing Soldier, 19, Rapid City, enter or surreptitiously remain in building, fined $296.50 and sentenced to 30 days in BCDC, 25 days of jail time suspended upon conditions imposed by the court.
