Hiedi Slayton, 34, of Brookings and Sioux Falls, SD passed away on April 11, 2024, at the Avera McKennan Hospital following a grand mal seizure. Although Hiedi left her family too soon, she was able to grant new life to others through the gift of organ donation.
A celebration of life will be held on Thursday, April 25, 2024, at Brookings First Assembly of God at 6 p.m. followed by a time of fellowship and a meal at the church. Visitation will be held the two hours preceding the service, from 4 until 6 p.m., also at the church. Eidsness Funeral Home is assisting Ms. Slayton’s family with arrangements.
