The Alzheimer’s Association will offer a free presentation on The 10 Warning Signs of Alzheimers on April 18 from 12:30 to 1 p.m. at the Brookings Activity Center, 320 Fifth Ave. in Brookings. The presentation is open to the public; registration is not required.
Alzheimers causes changes in memory, thinking and behavior that are not normal aging. Join us to learn about the common warning signs, the importance of early detection and diagnosis as well as Alzheimers Association resources.
Following the educational program, the Alzheimers Associations monthly caregiver support group will be from 1:30 to 2:30 p.m. in the activity center.
