BROOKINGS Ryan Krogman, broker/owner of Century 21 Krogman & Co., recently announced that in recognition of their outstanding sales production and commitment to quality service, Century 21 Real Estate LLC recently honored the Brookings Home Team sales team with the Century 21 2023 Presidents Team Award.
This consists of four licensed, full-service agents: Shane Andersen, Gayle Chapel, Savannah Schumacher and Janean Caugherty. They are also supported by their own marketing and administrative staffers.
The annual award is bestowed upon those independent Century 21 sales teams that earn the Century 21 Centurion Team award and the Century 21 Quality Service Pinnacle Team award in the same calendar year.
Century 21 Real Estate bestows the Centurion Team Award to those sales teams generating a minimum of $445,000 in sales production or participating in the closing of 108 or more units bought or sold during the calendar year.
To earn the Century 21 Quality Service Pinnacle Team Award, the C21 independent sales team must receive completed customer surveys for at least 80 percent of their consumers surveyed from Jan. 1-Dec. 31, with an average survey score of at least 95% or better for two consecutive years. The Brookings Home Team earned a 98% in customer satisfaction.
