At the South Dakota Junior Honor Choir on Jan. 19-20 in Sioux Falls, students from grades 7 to 9 showcased their musical talents. Tavyn Everding, Carmen Bertrand, Michael Lam and Sophia Schmidt, representing BHS choirs, exhibited their passion and skill under the guidance of acclaimed conductors Blake Richter and Emily Ellsworth.
Subsequently, six standout students Clare Strong, Graciana Peterson, Kate Jewett, Aninka Brozel, Josie Entwistle and Landon Wingate traveled to Omaha, Nebraska, for the American Choral Directors Associations Midwest Regional Honor Choirs from Feb. 8-10.
