BROOKINGS Bah, humbug.
According to a Monday news release from the Brookings Police Department, one particular grinch is reported to have entered a home in Brookings and stolen multiple items, including Christmas presents.
According to the release: Around 6:45 p.m. Friday, a Brookings resident reported someone entered their home in the 800 block of Fifth Street South and took multiple items, including Christmas presents, without permission.
The incident is under investigation.
