Cardinals hold off Elks, 28-23, in 9AA quarterfinals

The Arlington Cardinals used that strategy to perfection to down Elkton-Lake Benton, 28-23, in a Class 9AA quarterfinal football game on Monday and advance to a semifinal showdown with Deubrook Area on Saturday.
