Robotics teams to play at Frost

BROOKINGS Ė Frost Arena hosts a menís and womenís basketball doubleheader Friday, but Saturday wonít be exactly quiet.

The South Dakota State University gymnasium is the site for a hub-level robotics competition that is slated to draw 14 high school teams. Hub director Kim Prohaska says the robot competition also is a fun and free event for the general public.

The teams will have had 42 days to build a robot to compete in three-minute matches against other teams.
