Absentee voting starts for school board election

BROOKINGS – Absentee voting for the upcoming Brookings School District Board of Education election has begun.

District Business Manager Brian Lueders says registered voters who live within the district may cast their ballots in advance of the April 9 election at the school system’s administration office, 2130 Eighth St. S. Voting is available from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. Monday through Friday.
