SDSU women's team gets 13th seed; faces South Carolina

BROOKINGS – The South Dakota State women’s basketball team’s NCAA Tournament destination has been finalized.

The Jackrabbits, 25-7 overall and champions of the Summit League regular-season (14-2) and Summit League Tournament, earned a No. 13 seed and will face fourth-seeded South Carolina, which finished 24-7 overall and 11-5 in the Southeastern Conference.

Tip-off is at 3:10 p.m. on Saturday at Boulder, Colo.
