New 24-hour vehicle tag renewal in Brookings

PIERRE – The state Department of Revenue, Division of Motor Vehicles, has installed new self-service motor vehicle registration renewal stations in three South Dakota communities, including one in Brookings.

DMV Director Deb Hillmer said more terminals were added throughout the state after the initial machines in Rapid City and Sioux Falls were so well received.

The latest 24-hour self-service terminals (SST) were installed at the Hy-Vee Food Stores in Brookings and Watertown and the County Fair Food Store in Mitchell.
