R.C. Central repeats as state champ; Bobcats 5th

RAPID CITY – Sisters Chelsey and Colette Christensen led Rapid City Central to its second consecutive Class AA state gymnastics title on Friday.

The Cobbler duo had the top two individual performances, as the Cobblers finished with 151.7 team points – well ahead of second-place Watertown (145.85).

Mitchell (141.975) and Sioux Falls O’Gorman (138.45) were third and fourth, respectively.

Brookings finished in the fifth spot with 137.125 points.
