Bobcats finish fourth at ESD gymnastics

HURON – Watertown’s Lexy Morris won the all-around and the Arrows cruised to the Eastern South Dakota Conference gymnastics team title on Saturday.

The Arrows finished with 148.15 team points. Mitchell (143.2) was second and Huron (138.075) third; and Brookings placed fourth with a 137.775 total.

The Bobcats posted a score of 35.4 on the vault; 35.275 on the floor; 34.175 on the beam; and 32.925 on the bars.

Morris won the all-around with a score of 37.525. She was victorious on the beam with a 9.425. Also, Morris was second on the floor with a 9.5; tied for second on the vault with a 9.45; and finished third on the bars with a 9.15.
