COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. – South Dakota State went 0-2 in duals on Sunday at Clune Arena, falling 41-5 to Western Wrestling Conference opponent and host Air Force before dropping a 25-11 decision to Western State Colorado.
Air Force also beat Western State 35-4.
The Falcons, who are ranked 24th nationally, improved to 10-2 (1-1 WWC) on the season; while Western State, a Division II program in Gunnison, Colo., is now 7-5.
The Jackrabbits (4-8, 0-2 WWC) close out the regular season with five consecutive home duals, beginning with a matchup with Northern Iowa on Friday at 7 p.m. at Frost Arena.
