Wallace E. Werdin - Brookings: Oct. 8, 1949 – Jan. 19, 2013

Wallace E. Werdin, 63 died Jan. 19, 2013, at the Sioux Falls VA Hospital.

Funeral services are at 1:30 pm Wednesday at Miller West Funeral Chapel in Sioux Falls. Burial is in Hills of Rest Memorial Park.

Visitation is at 2 p.m. Tuesday at Miller West Funeral Chapel, 6200 W. 41st St., with the family present from 5 to 7 p.m.

Wallace was born October 8, 1949.

He is survived by his sister, Jane (Gary) Wilcox of Sioux Falls; his brother of Dale Werdin, Maryland; and a host of cousins and friends, including special fishing buddy, Steve Sechser.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Sylvia and Melvin Werdin.
