WATERTOWN – Coming off their first league loss of the season on Friday, it didn’t get any better for the Rangers as the host Lakers won in overtime, 5-4, on Sunday.
Watertown led 3-1 after a period before the Rangers rallied with two goals in the second period for a 3-3 tie.
Jade Chasing Hawk scored for Brookings in the first period off an Ashley Rennich assist, and then the Rangers scored two unassisted goals in the second – one by Sierra Winter and one by Shelby Meyer.
