SIOUX FALLS – Two-time defending Class A state champion St. Thomas More rallied from a 12-point third-quarter deficit and outscored Sioux Valley 11-4 in the fourth to record a 37-30 victory in the Dakota Schoolers Classic on Saturday night at the Elmen Center.
After being held scoreless for nearly 12 1/2 minutes, including the entire second quarter, third-ranked STM went on 14-2 run – getting 10 points from Jake Sullivan – over the final 4:40 of the third stanza to tie things up at 26-all.
