Shoplifter uses store cart to haul off loot

BROOKINGS – Q. Why did the shopping cart cross the road?

A. So the shoplifter could pack up his stolen merchandise in McCrory Gardens!

Brookings police were called to the Walmart store early this morning to investigate a case involving a shopping cart shoplifter.
