BROOKINGS – South Dakota State held off Oakland 81-74 for its 24th consecutive home victory during Summit League men’s basketball action Thursday night at Frost Arena.

Tony Fiegen scored a career-high 24 points on 11-of-15 shooting; and Jordan Dykstra posted a double-double with 22 points and a career-best 13 rebounds for the Jackrabbits.

“We’ve had good wins this year; but just in terms of a team win, this is by far the best one we’ve had this year,” said SDSU head coach Scott Nagy. “I went down the line in the locker room, just every guy had a tremendous contribution.”
