Chill cools off Blizzard, 5-3

ONALASKA, Wisc. – Coulee Region scored three third-period goals to rally for a 5-3 win over Brookings in North American Hockey League action on Friday.

The Blizzard led 1-0 after a period and went up 2-0 less than a minute into the second period before the Chill got on the scoreboard with 12:38 left in the second.

Brookings capitalized on a power-play opportunity to go up 3-1, but Coulee Region scored three unanswered goals in the final 24 minutes to improve to 6-12 with five overtime losses on the season.
