Suspect in dog kicking case ID’ed

BROOKINGS – “Harley There,” the 12-year-old Chihuahua who was severely injured on Hobo Day, may soon be getting some justice.

Brookings police confirmed today that a suspect in the incident has been identified.

The dog, owned by Janet Meyer of Brookings, was kicked in the head by a Hobo Day partyer, so brutally the tiny animal actually flew through the air.
