Drivers’ vision obstructed, cars collide

BROOKINGS – A 16-year-old Brookings driver suffered minor injuries in a two-car fender-bender early Wednesday.

Cars driven by the youth and by Scott Hodges of Brookings collided shortly before 8 a.m. near the intersection of Eighth Street South and Parkway Boulevard, police said.

The accident was apparently the result of obstructed vision for both drivers.
