No. 23 South Dakota State and top-ranked North Dakota State are tied atop the Missouri Valley Football Conference standings following Week 6 action.

The Jackrabbits (4-1, 2-0) had a bye week, while the defending national champion Bison (5-0, 2-0) overwhelmed third-ranked Youngstown State (4-1, 1-1) by a 48-7 margin in the Fargodome.
