Katherine Eberline, children’s librarian at the Brookings Public Library, and her tutu-wearing partner were a colorful pair and, after a quick drink of water, ready for the Dog Costume Contest/Fashion Show at the Brookings Regional Humane Society Dogfest 2012 on Saturday in Pioneer Park. More than a dozen decorated dogs turned out for the new BRHS fundraisers.
