Lucky Duck starts paddling this Thursday

BROOKINGS – Brookings Area Habitat for Humanity is seeking volunteers to help with the third annual Lucky Duck Pluck fundraiser, scheduled this year for Sunday, Aug. 26.

Volunteers will be asked to attend weekly planning meetings and may assist with prize requests and collection, data entry, ticket sales and help with the event.

The first Lucky Duck Pluck committee meeting takes place at noon Thursday, July 5.

The gathering will be held at the Brookings Area Habitat for Humanity office, which is located at the north end of the First Lutheran Church parking lot.
